Disclaimers

No Financial Expectation or Guarantee. Cambria Cores are gameplay assets designed to provide players with in-game ownership and utility. The purchase of Cores does not represent an investment and should not be made with the expectation of financial profit. Any value derived from assets such as Companions, Skins, or other items created with Cores is determined solely by player-driven markets and in-game demand. Cambria makes no guarantees regarding resale value, secondary market liquidity, or future demand for such items.

Soulbound Shards. Shards are non-transferable, in-game resources that can only be used for summoning Companions, minting Skins, or similar gameplay functions. Shards cannot be bought, sold, or traded for monetary gain. The primary purpose of Shards is to enable player progression and customization within the Cambria ecosystem.

Player-Driven Secondary Markets. The ability to trade Companions, Skins, or other minted assets is a player-driven activity that occurs entirely between players. Cambria does not act as a broker, intermediary, or guarantor for any trades. Trading activity is optional and serves as an emergent layer of player interaction, not a core feature or financial incentive of Cambria Cores.

Gameplay Balancing and Adjustments. Dynamic pricing mechanisms, including Variable Rate Gradual Dutch Auctions (VRGDAs), are implemented strictly for gameplay balance to align in-game asset creation with player growth and demand. Any adjustments to these systems prior to decentralization are made for game design purposes only and are not intended to influence asset value outside of gameplay utility .Future governance of dynamic pricing adjustments will transition to a player-led decentralized governance model, subject to transparency, proposals, and safeguards for player-determination of game design.

No Shared Revenue or Profit Model. Cambria earns revenue through royalties on secondary market transactions of in-game assets. These royalties are used to fund game development, ongoing ecosystem expansion, and infrastructure costs. Cores holders do not receive any share of this revenue. Cambria royalties are not a shared profit model or revenue-sharing mechanism.

Rarity and Non-Balance Impact. Companion archetypes and their Rarity Index are cosmetic or preference-based and do not impact game balance. Rarity is included to enhance the aesthetic variety and immersion of the Cambria experience. Rarity should not be interpreted as a financial indicator or guarantee of value.

Regulatory Compliance. Cambria and its associated assets, including Cores, Companions, Skins, Founders, and in-game items, are designed as utility-focused gameplay features and are not financial instruments, investments, or securities. Cambria complies with applicable laws and regulations and will continue to adapt its systems to maintain compliance.

Player Responsibility and Risk. Players should purchase and use Cambria Cores with an understanding that they are game assets intended for in-game enjoyment, ownership, and participation. Participation in player-driven markets involves inherent risks, including asset devaluation, lack of liquidity, or changing demand. Players are responsible for their own decisions and actions within the Cambria ecosystem.
